On Feb.3rd, setsubun, when the winter and spring are devided according to our old calendar, we are to eat maki-sushi.
It was customary in kansai district until ten or so years ago, but it’s now known in Tokyo too, thanks to the commercial effort of convenience stores!
They sell lots of rolled sushi on this day.
